Open the RabbitJax app, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. Your account and all measurements saved with it are deleted permanently, straight away.
If you can't open the app, email contact@howardschuyler.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete the account and all its measurements, and reply to confirm, within 30 days.
Your sign-in, your profile and every measurement set. Nothing is kept. Conversations with the concierge are never stored by us in the first place.
