RabbitJax — Privacy Notice
For the RabbitJax app while it is in testing. Last updated October 13, 2026. RabbitJax is operated by Howard-Schuyler LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and a password (handled by our sign-in provider; we never see or store the password itself).
- Measurements you type in: body measurements, height, weight (optional) and fit preference, saved to your account so the studio can size made-to-measure work.
- Messages to Gary: what you type to Gary, the in-app concierge, is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the reply. We do not store these conversations; they stay on your phone.
What we do not collect
- Photos: photos taken or chosen in the measuring screen stay on your phone. They are never uploaded or stored by us.
- No location, contacts or advertising identifiers. No ads.
How it is used
Only to run the app: to sign you in, keep your measurements with your account, size work for you, and answer your messages. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that run the app (sign-in and database hosting, server hosting, and the AI provider for Gary's replies).
Deleting your data
Delete your account any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. That permanently removes your account and every measurement saved with it. You can also ask by email — see how to delete your account.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
