Where we ship
United States addresses only, for now.
What it costs
- $7 flat on every order.
- Free on orders of $100 or more.
- Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Every piece is printed or embroidered to order, just for you.
- Production: usually 2–7 business days.
- Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after it ships.
- All in, plan on about 1–2 weeks. Around Black Friday and the holidays it can run longer; we'll post order-by dates for the holidays when the store opens.
If your order has more than one piece, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Address problems
Double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address; the cost of reshipping is yours.
